Fern-leaf bleeding hearts are much shorter than old-fashioned bleeding heart (Dicentra spectabilis) and the foliage stays around all season long. This outstanding new variety produces clusters of crimson-red flowers with a contrasting white edge. The finely-textured, blue-grey foliage has a neat, mounding habit. Burning Hearts is an excellent addition to any shady garden.
