This anemone is a must for white gardens and looks especially pretty in light shade. The snow white blossoms have frilly petals and lemon-lime centers. Lacy foliage complements the blooms. The flowers last for weeks and attract butterflies. In areas with mild winters (zones 7-11), bulbs should be planted in fall for early spring flowers. Provide protection from freezing temperatures. In colder zones(4-6), plant bulbs in early spring for early summer flowers.
